We are dedicated to ensuring that all campers, regardless of their country of origin, feel welcomed and enjoy a memorable stay in our pristine surroundings

We pledge to maintain the highest of standards regarding the cleanliness of our facilities, the courteousness of our staff members, and the functionality of our infrastructure, catering to the needs of our international campers. To Our Staff
We pledge to maintain a “leave them better than you found them” approach regarding our team members. This includes encouraging their growth not just as employees, but as human beings.
Whether it’s paying our full- time staff for “A’s” they receive while attending college or sending team members to countless training seminars on leadership, being able to invest in our people is something we consider a privilege and an honor. We pledge to never pay minimum wage because there is nothing “minimum” about the important work that they do.

Meet our Fantastic Four’s
Founder, Mr. Narayan Singh Bisht, an Ex-police officer, who is an ardent nature lover & an eternal optimist, who only believes in spreading joy and happiness around so to make this world truly a happy place to be in & hence, he came up with this great idea of achieving this phenomenal goal through campground business where like minded people can not just only explore the mesmerising and awestruck beauty of the heavenly Himalayan state called Uttarakhand but also making lifetime bond through friendship by sharing their unique real life experiences & stories amongst other fellow campers in the midst of nature & under the starry nights so to justify the name of the camp, Starry Nights Camp.
With a passion for sustainability, Mr. Bisht ensures that every aspect of the camp is eco-friendly, from the construction materials used in the tents to the waste management practices implemented on-site. Additionally, his dedication to community engagement has led to partnerships with local artisans and businesses, providing guests with authentic cultural experiences while supporting the surrounding communities. Through his leadership and vision, Starry Nights Camp has become not just a destination, but a haven for those seeking connection with nature and each other.

Co-Founder, Sam, a calisthenics & yoga enthusiast who has travelled length & breadth of New Zealand & of UK, who firmly believes in leaving a lasting impression wherever he goes through his caring & friendly nature.
His deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being drives the ethos of the camp, inspiring guests to embrace a healthy lifestyle amidst the serene beauty of nature. With his extensive experience in calisthenics and yoga, Sam leads daily wellness sessions at the camp, empowering guests to rejuvenate their bodies and minds while connecting with the natural surroundings.
Sam's genuine warmth and hospitality create a welcoming atmosphere at Starry Nights Camp, where guests feel like family from the moment they arrive. His commitment to sustainability extends to his personal practices, as he encourages responsible tourism and environmental stewardship among visitors. Co-Founder, Rahul Chhetri, having done his MBA from Singapore University, a fitness freak & an adrenaline junkie who loves exploring new places & sharing their beauty with people of similar interests.
Rahul's global perspective, honed through his studies and travels, enriches the experience at Starry Nights Camp by infusing it with diverse cultural insights and innovative ideas. As a fitness enthusiast, he leads exhilarating outdoor activities such as trekking, rock climbing, and mountain biking, encouraging guests to push their boundaries and discover the thrill of adventure amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Uttarakhand.
With his dynamic energy and passion for exploration, Rahul inspires a spirit of curiosity and camaraderie among campers, fostering meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences. Whether scaling mountain peaks or unwinding around the campfire, Rahul ensures that every moment at Starry Nights Camp is filled with excitement, laughter, and a sense of shared adventure..
He has criss-crossed all the terrains & topographies of all the Himalayan States in India, on his bike, that too, all alone as a solo rider, riding & camping as per his whims & fancy. Not only he has explored all these stupendous Himalayan states, that are spread well across 13 Indian States/Union Territories (namely Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam and West Bengal), stretching across 2500 km but also by learning as to how hassle-free, safe & hospitable these states & their local people are, especially towards tourists of all kind along with solo campers. Hence, no one knows these majestic Himalayan states like he does. He knows every nook & cranny & the terrains of these magnificent Himalayan states like the back of his hand which makes him not only the best trekking leader in the industry with his phenomenal campsites & geographical region’s knowledge & expertise but also by ensuring and chalking out the safest trekking, hiking & camping trails for camping enthusiasts & by making their experience a truly world class , which makes them visit us every year.

With a background in law and a deep appreciation for the natural world, Priyanka brings a unique perspective to her role at Starry Nights Camp. Her passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices ensures that the camp operates in harmony with its surroundings, minimizing its ecological footprint while maximizing the guest experience.
